About the role
We are in search of a visionary Principal Engineer who will architect, engineer, and scale next-generation cloud-native, API-first, microservices-driven platforms infused with advanced AI/ML intelligence. This role demands a hands-on ‘builder’ with min 10+ years of proven expertise across the full stack, someone who has consistently delivered high-performance, hyper-scalable, resilient, and secure systems from the ground up. You will lead the transformation of legacy ecosystems into modern digital powerhouses, co-create breakthrough capabilities, and seamlessly embed state-of-the-art machine learning models into production-grade solutions. About you
Technical Expertise:
Full-Stack Engineering with .NET Core
Proven hands-on expertise in .NET 8+, C# 12, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, gRPC, SignalR, and Blazor/React/Angular for building intelligent, scalable platforms. Skilled in architecting micro front-end (Micro UI) solutions integrated with .NET Core backends to deliver modular, extensible, and high-performance applications.
Cutting-Edge AI/ML & LLM Integration
Proficient in orchestrating autonomous agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) within .NET ecosystems, designing MCP-based extensibility, and optimizing prompts and pipelines using DSPy. Strong grounding in MLOps practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases) to ensure reliable model lifecycle management, observability, and production-grade deployment across hybrid cloud environments.
Cloud-Native & Hybrid Architecture
Skilled in architecting API-first, microservices ecosystems across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with expertise in hybrid cloud deployments and distributed, event-driven systems. Proficient in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Kafka, Azure Event Hub, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) with resilience patterns (Circuit Breaker, Retry, Bulkhead, Saga orchestration).
Telco CPQ Transformation Expertise
Proven experience in Telco CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platforms, building scalable pricing engines, product catalogs, guided selling workflows, and automated quote-to-order processes. Track record of leading CPQ modernization programs, transforming legacy monoliths into cloud-native, AI-infused microservices.
Digital Transformation Experience
Demonstrated success in enterprise-scale digital transformation, modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native microservices and enabling business agility. Preferably experienced in one or more CPQ transformation engagements within the Telco domain.
Data Engineering & Intelligent Storage
Strong proficiency in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases, with expertise in aggregation pipelines, scalable data models, vector search, and high-performance storage strategies to support real-time CPQ analytics and personalization.
System Design & Algorithmic Excellence
Advanced knowledge of OOP principles, system design concepts, data structures, algorithms, and recognized .NET design patterns (Repository, Unit of Work, CQRS, Mediator, Factory, Singleton, Observer, Adapter, Strategy). Skilled in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture for building fault-tolerant, maintainable CPQ systems.
Technical Standards & Governance
Experienced in defining architectural blueprints, coding standards, and engineering best practices, ensuring consistency, reliability, and technical excellence across distributed engineering teams.
Domain-Specific Data Modeling
Specialized in designing scalable, intelligent data models for complex product catalogs, dynamic pricing engines, and customer configuration systems, enabling real-time personalization, analytics, and AI-driven insights in Telco
Technical Leadership
Ability to coach and mentor new onboards and junior team members towards increasing team knowledge and cross-pollination /upskilling.
Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business owners
Strategic Thinking
Ability to understand business pain areas and devise tactical strategy towards permanent remediation, resolution with strategic depth
Understanding of design thinking and human-centered approaches to innovation
Capability to propose modernization of legacy IT estate to deliver reduction in TCO and increase in operational efficiencies
