Main Purpose<\/b>

Principal\nLead: Data Product to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of\nenterprise data products, analytics capabilities and decisioning solutions\nacross the Enterprise. This role is responsible for managing the execution of\ntactical, operational and strategic initiatives that enable "Data as a\nProduct" and "Analytics as a Service" capabilities. Will work\nclosely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable,\nhigh\-quality data and analytics solutions that improve decision\-making,\noperational efficiency, customer outcomes, and risk management. A strong\ndelivery\-focused leader with experience in credit decisioning environments,\nenterprise data initiatives, and cross\-functional team leadership. The\nindividual will manage a team of Business Analysts and Testers while driving\nexecution across complex delivery streams.<\/span>

Data Products & Analytics Delivery<\/b><\/span>

  • Lead the delivery of enterprise data\nproducts, reporting solutions, analytics capabilities and decisioning\ninitiatives across multiple business domains.<\/span><\/span>

  • Translate business requirements and\nstrategic priorities into structured delivery plans and executable outcomes.<\/span>

  • Support the implementation and\ncontinuous improvement of Data\-as\-a\-Product and Analytics\-as\-a\-Service\ncapabilities across the enterprise.<\/span>

  • Drive the delivery of scalable,\nreusable, and trusted analytics solutions that improve business performance and\noperational effectiveness.<\/span>

    Credit Decisioning & Risk Enablement<\/b><\/span><\/div>
    • Lead and support the delivery of credit\ndecisioning, risk analytics and data\-driven decision management initiatives.<\/span><\/span>

    • Work closely with Credit Risk and\nOperations stakeholders to improve decisioning processes, automation and\nanalytical capabilities.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Support the implementation and\nenhancement of decision engines, rules management, scorecards, workflow\noptimization and analytical reporting capabilities.<\/span>

    • <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure data quality, traceability,\ngovernance and operational readiness within credit and decisioning delivery\ninitiatives.<\/span>

      Delivery Management & Execution<\/b><\/span><\/div>
      • Translate Enterprise strategy into\nexecutable initiatives and measurable delivery outcomes. Manage end\-to\-end\ndelivery across tactical enhancements, operational improvements, and strategic\nprogrammes.<\/span><\/span>

      • Coordinate delivery activities across\nBusiness Analysts, Testers, Tech Teams, vendors and Business Stakeholders.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • <\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive delivery governance including\nplanning, prioritization, dependency management, issue resolution and progress\nreporting.<\/span>

      • Ensure initiatives are delivered within\nagreed timelines, quality standards, and business expectations.<\/span>

      • Support the evolution of enterprise\noperating models, process modernization, and intelligent automation\ninitiatives.<\/span>

                      • Relevant Certifications in Agile, Business Analysis, Testing, Delivery\nManagement, or Product Delivery are advantageous.<\/span>

                        • Minimum: A minimum of 8 years'\nexperience in data, analytics, technology or enterprise delivery environments.<\/span><\/span>

                        • Proven experience delivering enterprise\nData, Analytics, Reporting or Decisioning initiatives.<\/span>

                        • Strong experience within Credit\nDecisioning, Credit Risk or Financial Services environments.<\/span>

                        • Experience working with decision\nengines, credit workflows, scorecards, rules management or risk analytics\nsolutions.<\/span>
                          <\/li>
                        • Demonstrated experience managing or\nleading Business Analysts and Testing teams.<\/span>
                          <\/li>
                        • Experience operating within fast\-paced,\nhigh\-demand delivery environments.<\/span>
