The Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) Division is made up of several disciplines whose main objective is to influence hardware and systems early in their life cycle to assure effective operation, reliability, maintainability and economical ownership by the customer and end user. LCE seeks a Logistics Analyst who will track, maintain status and properly disposition government property assets for multiple radar contracts based out of McKinney, TX.

What You Will Do

  • Provides logistics support to the Raytheon field operations teams both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) deployed sites.
  • Tracks incoming repair parts from/to the theater and provide metrics of shipment statuses.
  • Coordinates and prepares shipments of Government Furnished Material (GFM), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), hazardous material and classified items to customer sites and generates shipping documents, COLTS DD1149s and SAP PRISM Delivery Travelers.
  • Interfaces with Government customers, Program Management Office and Theater depot lead to establish logistics needs for the Field Service Representatives (FSR) and react to field performance situations.
  • Supports weekly Depot Field Ops/ Sustainment meetings to provide status to the Program and DoD customer on Field Failures and Spares, Shipments Status Summary and Operational Readiness Rates.
  • Plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules, assesses changes and improves processes as necessary.
  • Tracks status of material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, and materials are available as needed.
  • Coordinates interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and other groups.
  • Schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders, review and maintain master production schedule (MPS).
  • Able to travel (within US)

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Property/Asset Management
  • Experience in the Aerospace and/or Defense industry

Qualifications We Prefer

  • SAP (APEX/PRISM) Mastery
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks to complete assignments with minimal supervision to no supervision
  • Sound leadership, problem solving and critical thinking skills, ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complex tasks and projects
  • Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, DoD regulations

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
