About the role
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Owner to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise digital platforms — spanning ServiceNow and AI-integrated service ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines deep techno-functional knowledge with strong Agile leadership, enabling them to translate complex business needs into scalable, user-centric solutions that deliver measurable value across large organizations.
Main activities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across enterprise platforms (ServiceNow) aligned to business transformation goals.
- Lead Business Requirement Prioritization (BRP) sessions to align stakeholders and accelerate decision cycles.
- Own quarterly and capacity planning to ensure consistent, predictable delivery against commitments.
- Act as Product Owner for multiple Agile Scrum teams, managing backlogs, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive sprint velocity improvements and predictability through clear acceptance criteria and iterative planning.
- Partner with Engineering Managers and Scrum Masters to improve on-time delivery rates and reduce rework.
- Serve as the primary interface between business, product, and technology stakeholders across global, matrixed organizations.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, user stories, and functional designs.
- Manage complex stakeholder expectations, reducing requirement churn and improving delivery efficiency.
- Champion GenAI adoption within product and delivery workflows (e.g., AI-assisted story creation, code generation, documentation).
- Spearhead AI readiness initiatives include AI agent orchestration, Copilot integration, and Power BI analytics embedding.
- Lead prototyping and innovation efforts for AI/ML-powered features and platform capabilities.
- Oversee end-to-end product delivery including platform migrations, integrations, compliance, and UAT.
- Drive automation strategies that reduce manual effort by 30–40% and enhance user experience at scale.

- Can act as a team leader on occasion coordinating / managing a few individuals for a specific opportunity. The team leader function would be within region; however, it could be a global opportunity where coordination / management activity would cross regional boundaries.

About you
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- 12+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience, with a strong focus on product ownership or business analysis.
- Proven success as a Product Owner or Lead across ServiceNow, SAP, or similar ERP/HCM platforms.
- Experience leading and scaling cross-functional teams of 10–30+ members across global, multi-site programs.
- A track record of delivering large-scale platform migrations with measurable outcomes such as efficiency gains and compliance improvements.
- Strong Agile and Scrum delivery experience in complex, regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience applying Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to product and process improvement.
- A strong background in HR technology and employee experience platforms, which is highly preferred.

Qualifications and certifications
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, HR, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Asset Management, Employee Center, and Portal.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project tracking tools.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data-driven reporting.
- Exposure to GenAI tools such as Copilot, Kiro, and AI agent frameworks.
- Certified Scrum Master certification is required or strongly preferred.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
