Principal Programme Manager

About Radiant

Radiant is a wholly-owned Brookfield company building hyperscale AI infrastructure. We are vertically integrated, owning the land, power, compute and software to design, build and operate AI factories at scale. Formed through Brookfield's acquisition of Ori Industries, we pair eight years of cloud-operating experience with one of the world's largest infrastructure capital bases.

The platform spans sites across Europe and North America, with a multi-gigawatt power pipeline and a growing fleet of deployed GPUs. We run the full cluster lifecycle in-house, from design and procurement through deployment and operations, with no third-party handoffs between layers. We serve three markets: sovereign AI factories for nation-states, a global AI cloud, and bare-metal giga-scale capacity for hyperscalers.

As an NVIDIA Cloud Partner we hold priority access to the latest GPU platforms, working with leading hardware and data centre partners across the fleet.

About the Role

Radiant is scaling fast. With a broad pipeline of sites in development and clusters going into build, this is the moment we formalise our delivery into a dedicated Programme Management Office, and this role leads it.

You are the founding programme hire. You shape the PMO and its standards: the master schedule, the delivery standards, the reporting cadence, and in time the team. You set how delivery works at Radiant as we grow from single clusters to a portfolio. Few roles let you shape a function directly, this early.

Your first focus is live cluster deployments with committed go-live dates. You hold the pen on them from day one, and you use it to help refine the Radiant approach (including how to scale the team) for all upcoming pipeline projects.

What you'll own

  • The master programme. One schedule that links the three strands of every cluster build: data centre, hardware, software and platform. You manage the critical path and the dependencies between them.

  • End-to-end delivery. You run the program from order through to acceptance and handover to operations, against agreed dates and gates.

  • Regular reporting. A weekly delivery report and a live RAID log that give leadership one clear view of status, risk and the decisions they need to make.

  • The interface to customers on delivery. You give them honest, regular updates on where their cluster is and what comes next.

  • Coordination of our partners. OEMs, data centre operators, connectivity providers and others all feed into your plan. A site monitoring partner reports to you. You set what they report and how.

  • The PMO itself. You define the standards, templates, tooling and cadence, and you grow the function as the estate scales. We will assess the resourcing model and team shape as capacity needs become clear.

Your first 90 days

Days 1 to 30. Alongside our DC, Infrastructure and Engineering leaders, we will onboard you into management of your first programme.. Learn the estate, the partners and the people. Build the master schedule into the one schedule everyone works from. Run the first weekly report and stand up the RAID log as a working tool, not a document.

Days 31 to 60. Pin down the order of operations with our OEM and data centre partners. Firm up committed dates as contracts land. Set the stage gates from opportunity through to handover, and name who signs off each one. Bring the operational acceptance criteria into the plan.

Days 61 to 90. Turn what works on your first programme into the PMO standard. Draft the framework the next project manager steps into. Set out how the function should grow as more clusters come online, and assess the resourcing the PMO will need.

What we're looking for

You have run large, integrated delivery programmes where construction, hardware and software all had to land together. That is the core of this role, and it is what we are hiring for.

Strong track record running infrastructure or data centre delivery programmes at scale, with many vendors and dependencies live at once.

  • You hold a master schedule in your head and on the page, manage the dependencies and the residual schedule risks.

  • You set the order of operations first and dates second. You press partners for the prerequisites, not just the deadline.

  • You write clearly and report plainly. Leadership reads your update and the status/actions are clear.

  • You build the process, and you keep it light enough that people actually use it.

  • You bring teams together across disciplines and hold the plan, comfortable as the point of contact without becoming a bottleneck.

  • You have built or grown a PMO function, or you are ready to.

We are not asking for deep AI or GPU knowledge. We have that in the team, and you will pick up what you need quickly. We care far more about your judgement as a programme manager.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to HPC, GPU clusters, or liquid-cooled high-density deployments.

  • Experience with GPU reference architectures, OEM delivery, or co-location fit-outs.

  • Familiarity with Jira as a delivery tool. We run our schedules there.

  • A relevant certification (such as APM, PRINCE2 or PMP), though experience matters more.

How we'll back you

  • A direct line to the CTO and the senior team. You are not buried in the org. Your work is seen.

  • The mandate to build the function your way, within clear standards we agree together.

  • Dedicated support from day one, so you start on the strategy and the build rather than the backlog.

  • The budget and backing to grow the team as the estate scales.

  • A business that moves quickly and gives you real scope from week one.
