- Act as the proactive engineering interface between the project team and the client
- Ensure timely delivery of engineering work and project engineering deliverables within budget and contract requirements
- Coordinate multi-discipline activities, including model reviews, clash resolution, and site surveys
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders: discipline leads, project managers, procurement, construction, and permitting teams
- Support FEED, PMC, and EPC projects, including monitoring EPC contractor engineering work and preparing ITB packages
- Mentor technical staff and contribute to the development of engineering standards and best practices
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 8–12 years’ experience in refinery, petrochemical, chemical, power, or pharmaceutical projects
- Proven leadership in design and engineering teams for FEED, PMC, and EPCM projects
- Strong knowledge of engineering procedures, specifications, and standards
- Ability to lead and motivate multi-discipline teams
- Familiarity with local permitting requirements (Singapore preferred)
