Job Summary:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>KN International is\nurgently seeking a highly skilled Principal Resident Engineer<\/b> to join our team. This role involves overseeing the infrastructure\nservices<\/b> aspects of projects, ensuring quality execution, compliance\nwith local regulations, and efficient coordination with contractors. The ideal\ncandidate should have extensive experience in pumping stations and fluid mechanics<\/b>. <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Oversee\n and coordinate pumping stations, fluid mechanics, and related\n systems<\/b> to ensure compliance with project specifications and\n local regulations. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Supervise\n the contractor\u2019s work, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, safety\n standards, and quality control measures. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Conduct\n regular site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure timely\n completion of M&E systems. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Manage\n and respond to RFIs, submittals, and technical queries<\/b> related\n to mechanical and electrical works. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate\n with project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and\n government authorities, to ensure smooth project execution. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Review\n project documentation, including material approvals, method statements,\n and shop drawings. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Identify\n risks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions to maintain\n project efficiency. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Attend weekly\n and monthly progress meetings<\/b>, providing technical input and status\n updates. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure\n compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE)\n regulations<\/b> on\-site. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Required Qualifications\n& Skills:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in the relevant\n engineering discipline<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Minimum\n 20 years<\/span><\/span><\/b> of\n experience in infrastructure services<\/b>, preferably within the\n UAE. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Experience\n in Main Pumping Stations, 33kV Substations, and Transmission Networks<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Experience\n with TRANSCO or TAQA, approval from TRANSCO is preferred<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Strong\n technical expertise in pumping stations, fluid mechanics, and\n M&E systems<\/b>. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proven\n experience in construction supervision, quality control, and\n contract administration<\/b>. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent problem\-solving,\n leadership, and communication skills<\/b>. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ability\n to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple tasks\n effectively. <\/span><\/span>
