Principal/Senior Materials & Corrosion Engineer - Outside IR35

Scope of Work:

The existing CPF receives heavy crude oil from offshore and onshore drill sites. It is then processed where the liquid and gas are separated in the LPPTs and LPDTs. The separated oil and gas streams are then routed for export or further processing at downstream facilities.

Produced water separated from the GOSP trains is combined and routed to the Produced Water Handling System, which comprises of vessels and Saltwater Disposal Pumps for further routing to disposal into injection flanks.

To sustain the Field’s Maximum Sustainable Capability amid rising water cut levels, targeted modifications are required across the existing GOSPs, Produced Water Handling infrastructure, and associated support facilities.

Office based in Woking (5 days p/w).

  • Materials Selection Philosophy (AGI and Pipeline)
  • Material Selection Report (AGI and Pipeline)
  • Material Selection Diagrams
  • Materials Specifications – various (TBC)
  • Corrosion Philosophy
  • Specification for Cathodic Protection
  • Cathodic Protection: Drawings, Calculations etc
  • Corrosion Management Program
  • TBE’s
  • MTO’s (as required)
  • Vendor Document Reviews
  • RFI’s / TQ’s (as required)
  • IDC / IFR Reviews

Check technical inputs into project deliverables to the required quality standards in conformance with or better than, the approved budget and program.
