PRINCIPAL TECHNICAL MANAGER FOR SIGNATURES DEPARTMENT

You will serve as Principal Technical Manager for the Signatures Department within the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD).

You will serve as the expert authority on signatures for surface ships, including aircraft carriers, unmanned vehicles, combatant craft, and submarine platforms.

You will identify future signature related capabilities in ships, submarines, unmanned platforms, maritime systems, and aircraft carriers and ensure that high-quality technical work is executed.

You will recommend new scientific and technical programs in signatures, signature mitigation, and management to Navy leadership and provide expert consultation to government, academia, and industry.

You will coordinate and integrate technical efforts in signature management with internal Division experts, other government agencies (e.g., Office of Naval Research, NAVSEA, Program Executive Offices), industry partners and universities.

You will drive major technological advancements in the Navy's ship and ship systems concepts, designs, and technology integrations in the areas of signatures and signature management.
