You will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Evaluate and assess our clients' operations and systems and identify the gaps in DPDP Compliance. Create an implementation plan to use Leegality Consent Infrastructure and allied tools to solve for these gaps. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify the correct processes and systems where Consent, Third Party Management, Incident Management and Data Subject Rights systems can be implemented. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Work with CISOs, DPOs, Compliance Teams and Digital Operations teams to frame their requirements. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Demonstrate expertise in various standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, NIST standards on Cyber Security, HITRUST, ISO 27701, etc., to assist clients in compliance and governance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Provide practical guidance and support to clients in adhering to national and international data protection regimes and privacy laws. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Conduct thorough audits of Privacy controls to monitor effectiveness and compliance, ensuring data protection is at its optimal level.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify improvements required in the Leegality\u2019s Consent Infrastructure suite of products based on privacy standards and client requirements and work with the product and technical teams to implement those improvements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Foster and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel, promoting effective collaboration and understanding of their specific needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Work from client location may be needed as per requirements of the company and client<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> To be considered for this role, the candidate must be a privacy professional with a technical background or experience in implementing privacy solutions in large enterprises. The candidate must meet the following requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the privacy field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> (Mandatory) Hold at least one privacy certification such as CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/E, or obtaining this before joining. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Exhibit a good understanding of DPDP, GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Demonstrate having worked with implementing privacy solutions like One Trust, Big Id and others in a large enterprise.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Demonstrate proficiency in standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, ISO 27018, NIST standards on Cyber Security, HITRUST, ISO 27701, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong proficiency in English must; additional proficiency in Hindi or Marathi is preferable. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Recruitment Process: <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
