\n Your Role: Senior Data Protection Consultant<\/span><\/b>
\n <\/div>\n
\n As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, leading engagements across privacy governance, compliance readiness, and risk management.<\/span>
\n <\/div>\n
\n Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
\n <\/div>\n

  • \n
    \n Design, implement, and oversee<\/span> <\/span><\/span>privacy and data protection programs<\/span><\/b> tailored to client needs.<\/span>
    \n <\/div><\/li>\n
  • \n
    \n Evaluate clients\u2019 privacy and security controls, identifying gaps and building actionable roadmaps.<\/span>
    \n <\/div><\/li>\n
  • \n
    \n Lead the implementation, configuration, and management of TrustArc privacy solutions, including data mapping, DPIAs, consent management, DSAR workflows, and compliance monitoring to support GDPR, DPDP, and other privacy regulations<\/span>
    \n <\/div><\/li>\n
  • \n
    \n Lead privacy gap assessments,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>PIAs<\/span><\/b>,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>RoPA<\/span><\/b>,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>DPIAs<\/span><\/b>, and<\/span> <\/span><\/span>audits<\/span><\/b> across diverse sectors.<\/span>

    \n Provide strategic guidance on regulations including<\/span> <\/span><\/span>GDPR<\/span><\/b>,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>CCPA<\/span><\/b>,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>DPDP Act<\/span><\/b>, and emerging global laws.<\/span>

    \n Develop and review privacy policies, training materials, and compliance documentation.<\/span>
    \n <\/div><\/li>\n
  • \n
    \n Drive implementation of<\/span> <\/span><\/span>ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST<\/span><\/b>, and other global frameworks.<\/span>
    \n <\/div><\/li>\n
  • \n
    \n Support incident response planning, breach notification, and<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Data Subject Rights<\/span><\/b> processes.<\/span>
    \n <\/div><\/li>\n
  • \n
    \n Conduct<\/span> <\/span><\/span>internal audits, risk assessments, and ISMS documentation<\/span><\/b> in alignment with certification requirements.<\/span>
    \n <\/div><\/li>\n
  • \n
    \n Conduct <\/span><\/span><\/span>end\-to\-end third\-party risk assessments<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    \n <\/div><\/li>\n
  • \n
    \n Collaborate with cross\-functional client teams to deliver<\/span> <\/span><\/span>end\-to\-end privacy solutions<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
    \n <\/div><\/li>\n
  • \n
    \n Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives including<\/span> <\/span><\/span>GRC strategy<\/span><\/b>,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>policy development<\/span><\/b>, and<\/span> <\/span><\/span>audit readiness<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>\n

    • \n
      \n 3+ years of hands\-on experience<\/span><\/span><\/b> in data privacy, protection, or cybersecurity consulting.<\/span><\/span>
      \n <\/div><\/li>\n
    • \n
      \n Strong understanding of global privacy laws such as<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>GDPR, CCPA<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and others.<\/span><\/span>
      \n <\/div><\/li>\n
    • \n
      \n Solid grasp of<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>ISO 27001, 27701, NIST,<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>and related standards.<\/span><\/span>
      \n <\/div><\/li>\n
    • \n
      \n ISMS, PIMS, DPDPA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, UK DPA, PIPEDA Compliance & Frameworks, Privacy Tools (e.g., Securiti.ai)<\/span><\/span>
      \n <\/div><\/li>\n
    • \n
      \n Experience in<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>AI P<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>rivacy Assessments, compliance projects, ISMS implementation<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and client communication.<\/span><\/span>
      \n <\/div><\/li>\n
    • \n
      \n Certifications such as IAPP Certifications<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT<\/span><\/span><\/b>, ISO LA/LI (preferred).<\/span><\/span>
      \n <\/div><\/li>\n
    • \n
      \n Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client\-facing confidence, and analytical thinking.<\/span><\/span>
