Private Driver

About the Role

We are seeking a professional and highly reliable Personal Driver to support the employer’s daily transportation and scheduling needs. This is a standby-based role and goes beyond driving and it requires someone who has the flexibility, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility.

The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-groomed and familiar with Singapore roads.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the employer and family members safely and punctually.
• Send and pick up employer’s children from school and for activities.
• Send and standby for employer during meetings and appointments.
• Plan optimal routes and manage time efficiently for all appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and basic upkeep of vehicle.
• Fetching and sending employer’s clients from overseas, if needed.
• Able to help with personal and business-related errands.
• Support occasional late evenings, weekends, or ad hoc scheduling when required.
• Assist with light operational or administrative tasks if required, like deliveries of documents, collection of documents, etc.
• Be responsive and flexible to support fast-changing priorities.
• Collect vehicle from employer’s home and return at the end of the day.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with clean driving record.
• Prior experience as a private or family driver is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic conditions.
• Responsible, punctual, discreet, and well-mannered.
• Comfortable with flexible working hours (may need evenings or weekends when required).
• Chinese-speaking ability is an advantage due to communication with Mandarin-speaking employer.
• Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when supporting senior management.

Working Arrangement

• Standby-based schedule.
• Flexibility required depending on management’s schedule as employer is staying on the West side of Singapore.
