<\/span>\n <\/div>\n We are seeking a Mate/Engineer to join a 30m Sailing Yacht currently based in Italy. This is an exciting position for a hands\-on, proactive candidate with strong engineering expertise and solid sailing experience.

<\/span>\n <\/div>\n You will play a key part onboard, supporting both deck operations and engineering systems. The yacht will cruise the Mediterranean with the owner in June/July, followed by a yard period in August/September to prepare for a winter season cruising the Caribbean.<\/span><\/span>

\n <\/div>\n \n - Proven experience in a similar <\/span>Mate/Engineer<\/span><\/b> or dual\-role position
<\/span><\/li>\n - Strong <\/span>engineering knowledge<\/span><\/b> (hands\-on and problem\-solving focused)
<\/span><\/li>\n - Confident and experienced in <\/span>sailing yachts<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
<\/span><\/li>\n - Relevant certifications (STCW, ENG qualifications preferred)
