At Netwealth, we’re redefining the private wealth experience, and we’re looking for a Private Wealth Support Consultant to be at the heart of it.
This is your opportunity to deliver concierge-style support to high-value clients and financial advisers, while building deep expertise in investment products and platform services.
This isn’t your typical support role. You’ll be the front-line expert, managing end-to-end client interactions across phone, chat and email, translating complex investment concepts into clear, human conversations.
You’ll take ownership, solve problems, and create seamless experiences.

What you'll be doing
Delivering high-touch support across phone, chat and email
Managing queries from start to finish
Simplifying complex investment and platform information for clients and advisers
Building deep product knowledge across Netwealth’s offering
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Product teams
Providing a polished, professional experience to high-net-worth clientele
What you'll bring to the team
Experience in a call centre or high-volume customer environment
Strong capability across phone and messaging channels
Confidence managing multiple conversations and priorities at once
Excellent communication skills, clear, concise, and customer-first
A knack for problem solving and a readiness to take ownership
We set you up for success from day one:
Structured induction and onboarding
Client-specific training to build product expertise
Shadowing with experienced team members
Ongoing development in partnership with Sales and internal stakeholders
You’ll be joining a highly collaborative Private Wealth Support team, growing to 7 consultants, all reporting into the Head of Private Wealth Support.
It’s a tight-knit, supportive environment with strong alignment across Customer Operations.
