Process Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

The process analyst team member is responsible for managing all activities and performing assigned job responsibilities within the quality control department.

  • Ability to test and inspect OSB panels
  • Evaluate and interpret statistical data
  • Assist Team Leaders during upset conditions
  • Monitor wax/resin systems, inventory, and application rates
  • Measure panel dimensions and finished products
  • Monitor flake quality and performance


Job Experience: A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.

  • 2 years of experience in an industrial environment
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to easily grasp complex concepts
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient reading a measuring tape
  • Ability to reduce fractions
  • Patient and self-confident
  • Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
