Process Engineer
Job Description
1. 在技术，工艺和新项目沟通上，提供给客户支持；
Customer support in technical, process and new project communication
2. 工艺设计，同时提供基于此工艺评估的报价；
New products prove-in, design the tooling and process of mass production, and solve related technical problems.
3. 新产品导入，设计刀具和量产工艺，以及解决相关技术问题；
Engineering: Engineering daily responsibility, like quotation based on process evaluation, sample tooling and process design, as well as engineering documents.
4. 创建工艺文件，和相关的工程文件比如作业指导书, 制程失效模式及影响分析, 制程管控计划, 控制计划和流程图；
Set up process documents, and related engineering documents like WI, PFMEA, PMP, Control Plan & Process Flow chart.
5. 在IFS系统中，输入物料清单和工序，维护相关数据；
Make Structure & Routing of new product, maintain the data of IFS system.
6. 管控外包产品，包括报价评估，技术支持，样品制作等；
Manage the outsourcing products, including quotation estimation, technique support, sample making etc.
