Job Purpose

The
Process Engineer is tasked with anchoring, designing, and optimizing
engineering baselines inside the machine shop. The primary focus is to author
and deploy robust Process Control Plans and Process Failure Mode and Effects
Analyses (PFMEA) to mitigate production risks. Crucially, this individual
serves as the front\-line engineering responded to address shop\-floor quality
issues—owning the immediate identification of operational anomalies,
formulating strategic Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and
systematically tracking their physical execution on the floor to reduce scrap,
rework, and cycle times.
