Process Engineer
Job Summary
Provide support in process design area to other areas like sales, Issue resolution, PLC and PC, etc.
Project Centres: Work independently in project and/or pre-project teams within Project Centres (L0-L2 projects)
Business Streams: Process responsibility in order team to deliver process design specification and solution.
What you will do
As a Process Engineer, you will:
• Develop technical solutions in L0–L3+ projects in collaboration with senior associates.
• Provide technical support in issue resolution and claim handling for L0–L3+ projects.
• Participate in technical discussions with customers and/or end suppliers regarding engineering parts.
• Validate and review technical solutions for engineering components and systems.
• Design customized technical solutions aligned with Tetra Pak strategy, standards, guidelines, tools, and methods for process design.
• Prepare drawings and technical specifications on time, at the required quality, and within cost targets.
• Support the sales team by participating in customer meetings, providing technical input and clarification to support commercial discussions.
• Travel to customer sites as required to support installation, commissioning, and start‑up activities.
• Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak, representing the company professionally at customer sites and in stakeholder interactions.
We believe you have
• 4–6 years of full‑time relevant experience.
• Proven process engineering experience, ideally within the dairy, beverage, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of process equipment and machinery design and assembly.
• A strong interest in working across multiple phases of project delivery, including installation and commissioning.
• Demonstrated technical competence, with understanding of installation requirements and customer site operations.
• Basic project management skills and the ability to work autonomously when required.
• An open and collaborative mindset, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
• Willingness and motivation to learn new technologies.
• A University Degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Food Technology Engineering.
