Process Engineering Lead
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Engineering Leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Lead Engineering team with project management, program management, and management of engineering/technician staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer, sales, R&D, quality and operations, to ensure project success.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and support.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with company standards.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience (12 years of related job experience without a degree).
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of ceramic material fabrication, machining, design, CNC programing, and advanced metrology.

- Regularly works independently with minimal supervision to achieve goals and objectives.
- Identifies developmental opportunities and champions corrective actions.

- Office and laboratory environments.
- Occasional travel may be required.
