The heart of the role


  • Develop and drive the operational excellence and transformation roadmap for Phoenix finance processes, including the Shared Services Center in Lithuania
  • Define and manage a value framework, ensuring tracking and realization of benefits from efficiency and transformation initiatives
  • Drive end-to-end process optimization through a combination of Business Process Management (BPM), automation (including RPA), Process Mining/Intelligence, Agentic AI, and selective Lean methodologies
  • Own and manage an automation and AI use‑case portfolio for Finance processes (i.e., P2P, O2C, R2R), including prioritization, backlog management, and delivery coordination
  • Establish and maintain finance process KPIs and SLAs, ensuring performance transparency and alignment with business objectives
  • Ensure end‑to‑end delivery of automation and AI initiatives, from business demand through implementation to stable operations
  • Ensure sustainable delivery and maintenance of automation solutions, including governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with IT architects and technology teams to ensure secure, stable, and scalable integration of digital solutions
  • Upskill and support teams in adopting digital tools, automation, and data-driven ways of working
  • Partner with stakeholders across Corporate Business Services and Business Units to drive a culture of innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement
  • Drive and ensure delivery of tangible efficiency targets, monitoring outcomes, and clearly communicating results to senior management
  • Lead and develop the Process Excellence team within Phoenix Business Services



What makes you beat


  • University degree and 5+ years relevant work experience in finance transformation, operational excellence, or similar
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable efficiency gains and leading transformation initiatives
  • Strong expertise in process optimization (BPM, Lean/Six Sigma) combined with digital approaches
  • Hands-on experience with automation (RPA), Process Mining/Intelligence, and relevant exposure to (Agentic) AI use case
  • Strong delivery management and stakeholder coordination skills in cross‑functional environments
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, and gain commitment and achieve credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical, results-driven mindset with experience in value realization and driving adoption of digital solutions
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes is considered an advantage
  • Experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage
  • Fluent in English
