Process Executive-freelancing

In this role, you will support candidate onboarding and documentation processes, helping ensure smooth execution of basic HR and administrative workflows. Accountabilities:
Support day-to-day administrative and onboarding processes by ensuring accurate documentation and smooth execution of basic operational tasks.
- Assist in candidate documentation and maintain proper records of assigned profiles.
- Generate and process contracts based on provided templates and guidelines.
- Support candidate onboarding activities and ensure completion of required steps.
- Maintain and update data using basic Excel and digital tools.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry and record management.
- Coordinate remotely to complete assigned tasks within expected timelines.
- Follow structured processes to support efficient workflow execution.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data entry or data maintenance activities.
- Access to a stable internet connection and a personal laptop or computer.
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home setup.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow simple process guidelines accurately.
- Good time management skills to complete assigned tasks within flexible working hours.
- Open to freshers, students, homemakers, retired individuals, or professionals returning after a career break.
- Basic communication skills in Malayalam, Kannada, or Tamil are an advantage.
