What You Will Do:
Lead and facilitate Lean projects.
Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Measure and report results and performance metrics.
Train and coach employees and leaders on continuous improvement tools.
Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate programs, metrics, and improvement plans aligned with plant or business objectives.
What You Will Bring:
Required Degree: Associate's Degree OR an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, and certifications sufficient to achieve position expectations required.
Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree Industrial engineering
2-4 years Job family related Required
