  1. Supplier Management & Development‌: Systematically source, vet and onboard potential suppliers, maintain an approved vendor list, run full-cycle performance reviews, nurture long-term partnerships and drive continuous supplier improvement.供应商管理与开发;系统性调研、识别和筛选潜在供应商,建立和维护合格供应商名录,对供应商进行全面评估,与供应商建立长期合作关系,定期审核,推动供应商持续改进。
  2. Cost Optimization‌: Set targeted procurement budgets and cost control KPIs, deliver optimal cost efficiency without compromising quality/service, and collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers and internal teams to refine part/material designs for lower total cost.成本优化;制定合理的采购预算和成本控制目标,在保证质量和服务的前提下实现成本最优化,与供应商和内部团队合作优化材料或零部件设计,降低采购成本。
  3. Cross-functional Alignment & Demand Execution‌: Partner closely with R&D on early-stage supplier selection, advise on material feasibility, alternatives and supplier technical capabilities. Align with production/planning teams on MRP, sync supplier deliveries to eliminate stockouts/overstock and secure uninterrupted operations.跨部门协作与需求对接;与研发工程团队紧密合作,参与产品设计阶段的供应商选型,提供关于材料可行性、替代方案及供应商技术能力的建议。与生产、计划部门沟通,明确物料需求计划,协调供应商交付进度,避免库存积压或短缺,保障生产连续性。
  4. Supply Chain Risk Mitigation‌: Develop contingency plans (dual sourcing, safety stock policies), monitor macro factors (trade rules, FX volatility) and dynamically adjust procurement strategies.供应链风险管控。制定风险应对预案(如备用供应商、安全库存策略),评估宏观环境(如贸易政策、汇率波动)对采购的影响,及时调整采购策略.
  5. Process Governance & Document Control‌: Refine procurement SOPs and vendor management frameworks for full compliance, and maintain traceable, centralized records of contracts, quotes, audits and material specs.流程优化与文档管理,参与制定和优化采购流程、供应商管理体系,确保合规性。维护采购相关文档,包括供应商合同、报价单、评估报告、物料规格书等,确保信息可追溯。
  1. ‌Bachelor's degree or above本科及以上
  2. Good English reading and writing skills良好的英文读写能力
  3. ‌Around 3 years of relevant working experience 3年左右相关经验
