Procurement Analyst

The\nProcurement Analyst \u2013 MEP Services Projects is responsible for managing\nprocurement activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)\nsystems in construction projects. The role involves vendor evaluation, cost\nanalysis, contract management, material sourcing, and ensuring timely delivery\nof MEP materials and subcontract services while maintaining quality and budget\ncompliance.<\/span><\/span>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyze\nproject requirements and prepare procurement plans for MEP materials and\nservices.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Source\nand evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire\nprotection, and ELV systems.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Obtain\nand analyze quotations, ensuring technical compliance with project\nspecifications.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Negotiate\npricing, delivery terms, payment terms, and contractual conditions.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Issue\npurchase orders and subcontracts in line with company policies.<\/span>
<\/p>

\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform\ncost comparison and value engineering analysis for MEP components.<\/span>
