PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT

Job Description

· Sourcing and procurement of all supplies, services and equipment required.

· Obtain price quotes from multiple suppliers and vendors.

· Liaise with supplier and vendors to obtain project or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.

· Handle routine Purchase Requests (PRs) andPurchase Orders (POs), ensuring timely processing and follow-up.

· Provide full administrative support to the Procurement team in daily operations.

· Perform data entry and ensure all documents are properly filed and managed.

· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirement

· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

· Team player and able to work under pressure

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be pro-active and solution oriented
