Prepare and issue purchase orders and purchasing agreements.

Negotiate prices and commercial terms with vendors to achieve the best value for the company.

Supplier Performance & Stock Availability

Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues affecting delivery, quality, or service.

Ensure continuous availability of lubricant products across company branches and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.

Quality & Compliance Assurance

Ensure that purchased lubricants meet company quality standards and technical requirements.

Maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and reliable supply.

Supplier Issue Resolution

Address and resolve supplier\-related issues that may affect product availability or operational efficiency.

Prepare purchasing and stock control reports related to lubricant products.

Budget Monitoring & Performance Reporting

Support the preparation and revision of monthly purchasing budgets.

Requirements<\/h3>

Education<\/span>
<\/span><\/h1>

BSc in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Automotive, or Chemical Engineering).<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Experience<\/span>

1 to 3 years of experience in procurement (Lubricants)<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Previous experience in lubricants, oils, or automotive spare parts purchasing is highly preferred.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Technical Skills<\/span>

Good technical knowledge of lubricants and related automotive products.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

Ability to review supplier catalogs and analyze product specifications.<\/span>
