Company Transport from Multiple Locations in the morning

Company Transport back to Boon Lay / Multiple Locations at 5:30pm.

6 Months Contract, convertible to perm based on company's needs

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Procurement Executive to support sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities. The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating, documentation, and coordinating the timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong supplier base to support operational and business requirements
  • Sourcing for local and overseas suppliers based on pricing, quality, reliability, and capacity
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain positive vendor relationships
  • Work closely with finance and operations teams on budgeting, cost control, and procurement planning
  • Handle procurement documentation, approvals, reporting, and administrative processes
  • Coordinate and manage import shipments where required
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Procurement HOD

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain functions
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations
  • Able to manage multiple suppliers, priorities, and deadlines effectively
  • Familiarity with import and shipment procedures will be an advantage
