Procurement Executive @ Jurong Island
Construction Procurement Management:
- Conduct market research on the Singapore construction material market, including government regulations, supplier resources, and material standards.
- Coordinate sourcing, tendering, bidding, and quotation activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain supplier databases, including supplier assessments and qualification reviews.
- Receive, review, and maintain procurement plans and records.
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and support contract negotiations.
- Issue purchase orders and monitor procurement progress.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
- Maintain procurement records, including procurement plans, purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and payment tracking.
- Organize and archive procurement documentation.
- Review supplier invoices and coordinate payment processing.
- Monitor inventory levels of procured materials and support replenishment planning.
- Utilize procurement and project cost management systems for reporting and record management.
Risk Management and Quality Control
- Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks.
- Ensure procured materials comply with project specifications and quality requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers and project teams to resolve quality and delivery issues.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.
