Procurement Executive (Pharma)
Job scope:
- Manage and organize construction contract records and coordinate data collection (cost tracking, contract management).
- Monitor and report on project variations.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities to meet project goals and strategies.
- Attend meetings and compile necessary documents, including vendor requests for new vendor creation.
- Conduct pre- and post-contract activities in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Handle sourcing, competitive bidding, and negotiation of supplier quotes.
- Track orders, confirm lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
- Ensure orders comply with supplier agreements and contracts.
- Document estimates, including assumptions and basis for estimates.
- Assist in preparing inquiry documents, including contract terms and conditions.
- Help develop price lists in line with subcontract requisitions.
- Manage issuance, receipt, commercial bid analysis, and coordination of technical bid evaluations.
- Compile supplier performance data and create scorecards.
- Assist company representative with preliminary and final bid tabulations, including award recommendations.
- Collaborate with company representative to prepare final contract documents for account closure.
- Handle post-contract administration: progress payments, change orders, and contract cost monitoring/reporting per contractual package.
