📦 Procurement & Logistics Coordinator (Ethiopia) – HEKS/EPER

🚚 Lead procurement, logistics, fleet, warehouse & asset management for country programs

📑 Manage full procurement cycle: tenders, supplier selection, contracts & compliance

🤝 Build and manage supplier database, negotiate contracts & ensure value for money

🚛 Oversee transport, inventory, warehouse operations & emergency logistics support

📊 Ensure donor compliance, audits, reporting & procurement performance tracking

👥 Supervise logistics team and strengthen partner capacity

🎓 Requirement:

Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related

7+ years experience (INGO/donor-funded preferred)

CIPS certification is a strong advantage

Strong MS Office & procurement systems skills

Fluent English & Amharic
