Procurement Management Specialist
The Specialist plays a hands-on role in ensuring supply assurance by monitoring material readiness, identifying emerging supply risks, supporting the development and execution of mitigation actions, and maintaining accurate, timely communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers. This role operates at a detailed level across multiple projects and components while contributing to broader supply risk prevention strategies led by the Project Procurement Leader.
Business Unit Job Summary:
- Assist the Project Procurement Leader in acting as the procurement point of contact for one or more large data center customer projects.
- Track day-to-day procurement tasks, action items, and project dependencies to ensure alignment with project schedules
- Escalate emerging risks with supporting data and impact analysis to the Project Procurement Manager.
- Track single-source dependencies, quality issues, and logistics constraints at a detailed, component-by-component level.
- Follow up on assigned mitigation actions, ensuring they are completed on schedule and with documented outcomes.
- Maintain detailed risk and mitigation trackers, dashboards, and logs to provide visibility and support reporting.
- Collect and update procurement status information for project milestones and delivery schedules.
- Assist in tracking supplier capability, multi-sourcing initiatives, and other risk mitigation strategies at a detailed level.
- Prepare detailed inputs for leadership reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering or operations management.
- Minimum of five years in supply chain and/or procurement roles.
- Advanced Excel, Power Point, Word, Power BI.
- ERP and MRP familiarity (Oracle, Cyberplan)
- Speaks English fluently
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain or materials management within a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment.
- Experience supporting risk tracking and mitigation activities, including collecting and analyzing supplier and project data.
- Experience collaborating with supplier communication, follow-ups, and coordination to support delivery and risk mitigation.
- Experience preparing detailed procurement reports, trackers, or dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to maintain accurate, timely data on risks, mitigation actions, and supplier performance.
- Ability to gather, validate, and escalate critical information in support of senior-level procurement decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage many different priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
