What you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end procurement management: supplier development, RFQ, benchmarking, negotiation, framework contracts, order delivery & after-sales support.
- Build senior partnerships with domestic & overseas OEM/ODM/channel vendors; secure GPU allocation, production priority, volume discounts & tiered supplier governance.
- Track global compute hardware & EDA software market trends, control spend and hit annual cost reduction targets.
- Support long-term AI compute projects; mitigate cross-border delivery, customs & software licensing compliance risks to avoid supply shortages & delays.
- Draft procurement, EDA subscription & maintenance contracts, coordinate legal compliance reviews.
- Maintain full procurement archives, submit monthly reports on spend, cost optimization & supplier performance.
- Align with internal tech teams for smooth delivery of AI computing projects.

How you will stand out:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, International Trade, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of Asia AI compute or IDC procurement experience; GPU server and EDA procurement background preferred. Cross-border procurement experience is an advantage.
- Familiar with ODM supply chains, hardware BOM structures, and EDA licensing models; able to perform quote analysis and independently lead multi-category bundled negotiations.
- Proven track record in negotiating multi-million-dollar procurement contracts, annual framework agreements, and software licensing agreements; capable of managing multiple long-term procurement projects concurrently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting commercial negotiations and contract drafting.
- Due to the nature of the role, participation in cross-time-zone meetings will be required from time to time.
- Strong cross-functional coordination, risk identification, and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented, resilient, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Existing relationships with key equipment vendors are a plus.
- Prior experience delivering data center hardware and EDA procurement projects across the Asia region is an advantage.
- Good understanding of AMEA cross-border trade regulations, hardware import requirements, and software licensing compliance frameworks is preferred
