Procurement Officer

  • Procure FM materials, consumables, spare parts, and subcontracted services.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers; issue RFQs and purchase orders.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with operations and site teams to ensure timely supply.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support inventory control and cost\-saving initiatives.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain procurement documentation and reports.
    <\/p><\/li>

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • 3\u20135 years procurement experience, preferably in facility management or related industries.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and cost\-control skills.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
    <\/p><\/li>
