Job Summary
In the role of Procurement Project Manager, Digital Transformation you will lead procurement projects to enhance performance and ensure compliance. Throughout the collaboration with cross-functional teams you will drive strategic sourcing initiatives, analyzes market trends and data to optimize procurement processes.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Managing procurement project timelines and ensures timely delivery of objectives.
- Co-creating the project assignment and assure it’s approved by sponsor and main stakeholders.
- Creating the project management plan including all relevant PM aspects and assure you’ll meet the requirements and deliver the agreed results
- Building the project organization, lead and manage the integral project team
- Executing the project and deliver results according to the project management plan. Managing scope, schedule, cost, risks and quality.
- Managing stakeholders and communication.
- Reporting on the progress of the project to sponsors and main stakeholders on a regular base.
- Transferring project results to the receiving organization.
- Evaluating the project, collect learnings and assure the project information and associated knowledge is archived.
- Contributing to the community of practice.
- Leading and direct teams accountable for achieving project objectives, in order to realize the desired business goals and deliver on customer expectations.
- Reporting progress to management on a regular base, propose solutions to issues and ask for support if needed, all to make sure you deliver on commitment.
Critical Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement transformation, digital programs, or operating model redesign (experience with Jagger will be a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital tools, automation, and analytics.
- Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or emerging technologies (agentic AI is a strong plus).
- Ability to challenge status quo and drive innovation at scale
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
- Strong execution mindset with ability to deliver measurable business impact.
- Hands-on experience with Lean / continuous improvement methodologies.
- Data-driven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Focus on value creation, efficiency, and performance improvement.
- Experience in consulting environments is a strong advantage.
