Procurement Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive professional to support procurement operations by managing supplier relationships, executing purchasing processes, analyzing data, and negotiating with vendors. This role plays a key part in ensuring a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials and services while supporting operational efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications & Key Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement, with solid exposure to sourcing and supplier management.

  • Bilingual in English, with the ability to apply best practices in strategic sourcing and purchasing.

  • Proven negotiation skills for commercial agreements, pricing, and supplier contracts.

  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Knowledge of the local market and supplier landscape to support market development initiatives.

  • Ability to manage short-, mid-, and long-term objectives, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, cost optimization, and savings initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the supplier lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, performance monitoring, and supplier development.

  • Execute end-to-end purchasing processes, ensuring accuracy in procurement records and systems.

  • Monitor supplier performance, service levels, and compliance to maintain high operational standards.

  • Conduct price analysis and supplier negotiations to achieve cost savings and best value.

  • Analyze purchasing data and support initiatives to optimize costs and improve procurement efficiency.

  • Manage procurement requests for raw materials, indirect materials, services, and subcontracting.

  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, contracts, and supplier records.

  • Support inventory monitoring and materials planning to ensure operational continuity.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and global strategy partners to align procurement activities with business objectives.

  • Identify risks, resolve procurement issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
