About the Opportunity: Are you a data‑driven procurement professional with a passion for logistics and supplier performance? At Ascensia Diabetes Care we’re looking for someone who can turn market insights into competitive rate strategies and drive impactful sourcing decisions. Join us to shape tenders, work with dashboards, and collaborate across teams to unlock efficiency and cost savings.
Location: Warsaw – hybrid – 2 days per week on-site presence required.
Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
What you will do:
Support logistics category procurement strategies, manage suppliers and their performance, and ensure alignment with business and procurement goals.
Develop and maintain competitive, standardized rate cards across all transport modes, monitoring market fluctuations.
Support tenders, operate on analytical models, and use data-driven insights to evaluate bids and identify cost savings.
Set-up dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights to support procurement decisions.
Work closely with internal teams, communicate results to leadership, and drive process improvements and automation.
What you need for success:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is required.
3–6 years of experience in indirect or/and direct procurement, rate card management, supplier negotiations and contract management is required.
Advanced analytical and Excel capabilities including tender analysis and cost modelling is required.
Procurement experience within logistics category is an advantage.
Knowledge of data visualization tools is an advantage.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, including international sourcing.

Total Rewards:
The gross monthly base salary range for this position is 10 500 PLN – 12 500 PLN. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 12% of annual gross base salary, in accordance with the Company’s bonus policy. Compensation within the range will be determined based on objective criteria such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
