What You Will Do

  • Issue purchase orders and respond appropriately for any open orders
  • Input materials shortages in the Pacer System
  • Track order availability, shortages, and delivery with vendors
  • Identify, evaluate, and propose material solutions and coordinate with SIOP Team to support production plan
  • Drive supplier performance reviews to attain the desired levels of cost, quality, delivery and support services.
  • Ensure material fulfillment for engine production and keeping inventory at optimal level by optimizing active WIP and monitoring aging FG / WIP.
  • Review parts usage analysis and ensure action plan is taken to keep the stock at the right level based on current usage trend (ROP/ROL).
  • Liaise with vendors on defect parts for resolution (DR report)

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or any other related field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant procurement experience in fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills that drive creative problem-solving, proposal preparation and negotiation
  • Effective communications and organizational skills to work in cross-functional / international business environment to drive supplier performance reviews and improvements
  • Team-player with high standards of performance to achieve company goals
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and PowerBI.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in Aerospace or Defense industries an added advantage
