KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
This role will support the delivery of Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) transformation initiatives across Eastspring Investments. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving audit remediation, regional change management, system implementations, governance enhancements, and process improvements across Eastspring Local Business Units (LBUs).
Working closely with Group and Regional Procurement and TPRM, Procurement Centre of Scale (COS), Coupa Centre of Excellence (COE), and business stakeholders, the role will coordinate regional initiatives to strengthen procurement governance, improve third-party risk management controls, enhance system adoption, and support regulatory compliance requirements.
- Procurement Transformation and System Improvement:
- Support the rollout of Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules across Eastspring LBUs.
- Work closely with the Coupa COE team and Procurement COS team to coordinate implementation activities, testing, training, and business readiness.
- Support the delivery of Coupa platform enhancements to strengthen controls, improve user experience, and increase process efficiency.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and post-implementation support activities.
- Monitor project milestones and implementation progress across multiple jurisdictions.
- Track and report on system adoption and utilisation metrics.
- Audit Remediation & Project Management:
- Support the delivery of procurement and TPRM audit remediation initiatives and ensure timely completion of agreed action plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across LBUs to track remediation activities, manage dependencies, and escalate implementation risks where required.
- Maintain project plans, action trackers, governance updates, and management reporting.
- Support regional procurement and TPRM transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Contract Repository & Governance Enhancement:
- Support the regional initiative to establish a complete and accurate contract repository across all Eastspring LBUs.
- Work closely with LBUs and the Procurement COS team to identify, obtain, validate, and upload contracts into designated repositories.
- Track contract remediation activities and monitor progress against repository completeness targets.
- Support the implementation of contract governance standards and reporting across the region.
- Prepare management reporting on contract repository completeness and remediation progress.
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM):
- Monitor and track due diligence, ongoing monitoring, risk reassessment, and remediation activities to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with the implementation and rollout of ProcessUnity and other future TPRM technology initiatives.
- Work closely with Group TPRM to support the transition to new risk assessment and due diligence operating models.
- Support compliance with internal policies, MAS Outsourcing Guidelines, and regulatory requirements relating to third-party risk management.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of working experience in Procurement, Third-Party Risk Management, Compliance, Contract Management, Project Management, Business Transformation, Operations, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of procurement and third-party risk management processes and controls.
- Good knowledge of MAS Outsourcing Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and governance expectations applicable to financial institutions.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules and procurement systems.
- Familiarity with contract management and third-party lifecycle management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and geographies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
