The Product Analyst has the responsibility of translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities while supporting Agile execution and cross-functional collaboration..

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
  • Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
  • Support backlog management by organizing priorities, identifying dependencies, and helping maintain delivery readiness
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Operations, and business teams to clarify requirements and reduce delivery friction
  • Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, blockers, and action items across teams and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum Master, product support or project coordination
  • Must have experience with Agile delivery methods, including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models
  • Ability to write user stories, business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Experience coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items across teams
  • Ability to communicate requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience using Agile or collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms
