The Opportunity
Netwealth is expanding its managed accounts capability and seeking a detail-oriented, data-savvy Product Analyst to join our managed account team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the onboarding of new managed account portfolios, enhancing product documentation, and driving strategic improvements across fees, costs, and disclosure.
You will work closely with investment governance, operations, IT and sales, acting as a key connector across the business. We are looking for someone who brings both strong analytical capability and a stakeholder first mindset to complement the team’s technical expertise. With over 130 suites of managed accounts and a strong pipeline of opportunities, this is a unique chance to contribute to one of Netwealth’s most dynamic areas.
Key responsibilities include;
Support onboarding of new managed account portfolios
Review and update Product Disclosure Statements PDS
Analyse and improve fee and cost methodologies to enhance competitiveness
Use Power BI and internal data to generate insights and reporting
Conduct industry research and support due diligence, competitor analysis and committee processes
Partner with stakeholders across product, operations, technology and distribution to gather requirements and align on delivery
Translate stakeholder inputs into clear documentation, analysis and actionable outcomes
Support cross functional initiatives by coordinating inputs, managing timelines and ensuring key milestones are met
About You
You are a proactive and collaborative analyst who enjoys working across stakeholders and balancing detail with commercial outcomes. You are comfortable working with data, managing documentation and engaging with a broad range of teams.
Alongside strong analytical capability, you bring a stakeholder first mindset and are confident building relationships, influencing decisions and driving alignment across the business.
Experience in superannuation, wealth management or investments, ideally within managed accounts
Strong attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and review
Comfortable using Excel and data tools, with Power BI experience highly regarded
Confident engaging with stakeholders across product, operations, technology and distribution
Able to translate technical or detailed information into clear, practical outputs for different audiences
Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build trust
Exposure to product management and PDS creation is highly valued
Curious, collaborative and keen to learn in a fast paced environment
