Product Data & Planning Lead

Job Descriptions

  • Overall responsible for the Product Management Team (PMT) day-to-day operations to manage a team of Product Management Executives.
  • Support the company Heads of Departments to furnish monthly KPI reports.
  • Responsible for new product creation and supplier master data management.
  • Operational responsibility for the process of retail clearance programs, product removal, and other retail operations support
  • Operations control tower for Product Quality management , product supplier changes, and coordination of actions
  • Coordinate the annual stock take process across all sites
  • Manage store replenishment of store inventory including identifying slow moving inventory and taking actions
  • Housekeeping of POS system to ensure product details are updated in a timely manner.
  • Export documentation and processing.
  • Maintain strong working relationship with key internal & external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve the processes and partner with IT to improve tools used
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and/or projects assigned by the superior.

Role Requirements

  • GCE O/A Levels or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of Product Management/Logistics/Operation experience, preferably in retail or similar industry
  • Excellent people management skill, leading by example and offer supports to the team member.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented, organized, meticulous with problem solving skills, strong attention to detail
  • High initiative, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Sound knowledge of MS office applications such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
  • Team player: ability to work well with employees at all levels
  • A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful
