Product Delivery Associate- Payment Operations/Investigations

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Cash Operations Transformation, you will be trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value for the cash investigations space.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and articulate (as-is) process flows, including customer interactions and operations intervention
  • Address functional and non-functional requirements, covering product features, operational needs, regulatory compliance, and scalability
  • Perform impact and gap analysis for business initiatives and process improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Technology partners to define future state
  • Lead independent initiatives working across functional teams and lines of business; execute key delivery tasks and boost efficiencies
  • Work with the UAT team to ensure thorough testing
  • Track initiative progress, identify potential issues, and collaborate with partners for resolution
  • Drive operations readiness for new product rollouts
  • Conduct defect analysis, prioritize issues, and explore alternative solutions
  • Collect data, perform analysis and reporting
  • Support change and business requirements, management activities and monitor adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Payments, Operations and Global Financial Messaging
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills - with partnership and collaboration, and ability to influence
  • Ability to think strategically to define future state business model
  • Change management, requirements gathering and writing and interface with technology on their development work to monitor progress
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a methodical thought process
  • Self-motivated and tenacious, with excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated performance in product management or relevant domain area
  • Skilled in executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experienced in product deployment processes with execution focus
  • Promoter of client/customer centred organisation
  • Experience in design, delivery and presentation of executive level content

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Payment operations, preferably investigations space
  • Payments application product management governance would be helpful
