Salary Range: $55,000 \- $70,000 per year

Note: This position will design products for SHUKLA Medical, a medical device division of S.S.
<\/div>
White Technologies. Website, Facebook, YouTube. You could be part of a team of 5 innovative
<\/div>
engineers who last year alone, filed for 16 patents.
<\/div>

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
<\/div>
  • Design and develop new and innovative tools for extraction of broken or worn out orthopedic
    <\/span><\/li>
  • implants
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare detailed drawings of the instruments, implants, and prototypes
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Review test protocols and procedures, and conduct failure analysis
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Work closely with other departments to coordinate product development engineering
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    REQUIREMENTS<\/b>
    <\/div>

    <\/div>
    • Keen understanding of the workings and designing of standard hand tools/power tools
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Hands\-on, detail\-oriented and mechanically inclined a must
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Desire and willingness to be CREATIVE
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Utilize inquisitive and/or outside\-the\-box thinking
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Good computer skills in engineering software such as SolidWorks
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Minimum educational level: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience in the orthopedic industry is not required, but a strong desire to learn about
      <\/span><\/li>
    • thopedics is a must
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Background in machining and material selection a plus
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
