THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>

We are seeking a <\/span>Product Designer (AI UX, Workflows, Insights)<\/b> <\/span>who can blend deep user empathy, design thinking, and strong UI/UX capabilities to craft intuitive experiences for AI agents, workflows, and enterprise insights.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to design the next generation of <\/span>Copilot experiences, Agent Activity Viewers, Workflow Builders, and Insight Dashboards<\/b> <\/span>across XenonStack\u2019s Agentic AI ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
<\/h2>
AI UX & Copilot Experience<\/b>
<\/h3>
Design intuitive <\/span>AI Copilot UIs<\/b> <\/span>for enterprise users across functional domains (SRE, GRC, FinOps, SOC, etc.).
<\/p><\/li>
Create interaction models for <\/span>agent reasoning<\/b>, step\-by\-step traces, and task orchestration.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Workflow & Automation Design<\/b>
<\/h3>
Build user\-friendly <\/span>workflow builders<\/b>, enabling visual orchestration of agent tasks, triggers, and conditions.
<\/p><\/li>
Prototype end\-to\-end flows for automation, decision\-making, and multi\-agent interactions.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Agent Activity Viewer<\/b>
<\/h3>
Design interfaces that show <\/span>agent behaviors, activity logs, insights, and decision pathways<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Focus on transparency, explainability, and user trust.

Insights & Dashboards (ElixirData)<\/b>

Develop clean, insightful dashboard experiences that visualize:

System and agent\-level insights

Collaborate with data engineering and AI teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of visualizations.

Onboarding & Experience Consistency<\/b>

Craft intuitive onboarding, walkthroughs, and guided flows for new users.
<\/p><\/li>
Maintain <\/span>visual consistency, design language, and UX patterns<\/b> <\/span>across all XenonStack products.

Prototyping & Collaboration<\/b>
<\/h3>
Build interactive prototypes using <\/span>Figma<\/b> <\/span>and other design tools.
<\/p><\/li>
Work closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and Frontend Developers to translate designs into functional experiences.
<\/p><\/li>
Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate rapidly.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b>

Must\-Have Skills<\/b>
<\/h3>
3\u20136 years of experience in <\/span>Product Design / UI/UX<\/b>, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tools.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong expertise in <\/span>Figma<\/b>, prototyping, and design systems.
<\/p><\/li>
Ability to design complex workflows into simple, clear user journeys.
<\/p><\/li>
Understanding of <\/span>AI\-assisted UX<\/b>, explainability, and human\u2013AI interaction patterns.
<\/p><\/li>
Strong visual design skills with pixel\-perfect attention to detail.
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good\-to\-Have Skills<\/b>

Experience in enterprise domains like <\/span>SRE, DevOps, GRC, SOC, FinOps<\/b>, or data platforms.
<\/p><\/li>
Familiarity with AI concepts \u2014 RAG, agents, reasoning models, or dashboards.
<\/p><\/li>
Experience building <\/span>workflow editors, low\-code/no\-code builders, or automation tools<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Understanding of usability testing methods and UX research frameworks.
