Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-centered experiences across multiple platforms and products. You will work closely with product managers, PDO teams, and other designers to ensure that our products are meeting the needs of our users

• Conduct user research: Understand user needs, pain points, and motivations through user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes: Develop clear and concise user journeys and interaction flows.

• Design high-fidelity mockups: Produce visually appealing and functional designs for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, software developers, and other designers to ensure that designs are implemented effectively.

• Present designs to stakeholders: Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders, including Product owners, product managers, and engineers.

• Stay up to date on design trends and best practices: Continuously learn and grow as a designer by staying informed about the latest design trends and technologies.

Contribute to the design system: Develop and maintain design patterns and components to ensure consistent and scalable design across all products.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer: Proven track record of designing successful products.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles: Experience with conducting user research, creating user personas, and developing user flows.

• Proficiency in design tools: Expertise in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.

• Strong collaboration skills: Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.

• A passion for creating beautiful and user-friendly products: A desire to make a positive impact on the world through design.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with accessibility guidelines and best practices.
• Experience with mobile app design.
• Experience with data analysis and A/B testing, functionality testing, getting user feedback.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
