Product Designer

You will conduct user research to understand merchant needs and pain points, design information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI mockups, and create interactive prototypes to validate designs. You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure design fidelity during implementation, maintain and evolve the design system, and contribute across visual, interaction, and motion design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand merchant needs and pain points

• Create interactive prototypes to validate designs and gather feedback
• Work closely with engineering to ensure design fidelity during implementation
• Maintain and evolve the design system and best practices
• Contribute to visual design, interaction design, and motion design

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in product or commercial UX/UI design
• Expertise in Figma for designing and prototyping
• Experience with Webflow is a plus
• Strong user-centered design approach with solid research and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities to articulate design decisions clearly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Chinese is a bonus
