Product Engineer - Pega (Payments Smart Investigate, KYC/CLM, ACDD)

We have Pega Product Engineer requirements for the below modules:

• PEGA – KYC/CLM
• Pega - ACDD

Pega – Payments Smart Investigate

Education

· Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)

Experience

· 8-12 years of experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer

· Pega Lead Product Engineer playing upto Architect/ CSSA or LSA Certification is highly desirable

· Understanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniques

· Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for payment investigations

· System design and implementation, Experience in Integration Services of PRPC – Rule-Connects/Services, developing activities, PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing features

Technical Skills

· Experience in Pega Smart Investigate 8.X Experience is mandatory

· The candidates will act as a Smart Investigate SME for the bank from Pega Platform perspective

· Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications and Business Functions

· Should have knowledge on API and JSON to support REST Integration

· Should have good understanding of KAFKA Topics and Data flows

Functional Skills

· Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred

· Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices

· Experience in Agile methodology

· Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization

· Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies

Soft Skills

· Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.

· Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization

· Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management

PEGA – KYC/CLM

Education

· 8-12 years of experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer

· Pega Lead Product Engineer playing upto Architect/ CSSA Certification is highly desirable

· Understanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniques

· Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector

· System design and implementation, Experience in Integration Services of PRPC – Rule-Connects/Services, developing activities, PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing features

Technical Skills

· Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X Experience is mandatory

· The candidates will act as a CLM/KYC SME for the bank from Pega Platform perspective

· Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications and Business Functions

· Should have knowledge on API and JSON to support integration

· Software development experience with Java/JavaScript and good understanding of micro services and Big Data architecture is a plus

Functional Skills

· Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred

Pega - ACDD

Key requirements & responsibilities:

· Pega CSSA certified is a must.

· 8+ years of relevant Pega experience

· Drives design and development for major components of focused solutions.

· Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices.

· Strong technical acumen and ability to lead a development process.

· Proficient in a variety of business processes/environments such as banking

· Understands large-scale system implementation processes and methods.

· Create the class structure, process flows in Pega, provide alternate solutions.

· Resolves performance issues.

· Code reviews, design reviews, maintain technical debt.

· Connect with Pega systems on any product related issues.

· Knowledge and experience on Pega UIUX

· Experience in pega infrastructure setup.

· Knowledge of Security and Authentication

· Knowledge in Integration REST and other Services, Connectors,

· Knowledge in Application Layering, Case Management, Data Modelling & Data Pages.

· Banking and KYC knowledge will be good to have.

· Collaborate between teams both onsite and offshore.

· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

· Participate in architecture and design reviews.

· Ensure adherence to best practices for Pega development and maintenance.
