Senior Back-End Engineer - Node.js & TypeScript

In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.​

In particular, you will:​

• Design and implement modular backends to support user onboarding and purchase workflows;

• Define event-driven flows that track user activation, surface friction points, and enable data-informed iteration on the onboarding journey;

• Design composable and scalable architectures as part of a platform initiative.

What skills are we looking for?​

• At least 5 years of experience designing and building production-grade back-end applications with Node.js and TypeScript.

• Strong theoretical and hands-on knowledge of key architectural patterns for building highly available and scalable distributed applications.

• Experience working with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.

• Product-driven mindset and a high sense of ownership.

• Proven experience using modern AI coding assistants effectively

• Experience on platform or shared-infrastructure initiatives , building for multiple consumers, is a significant advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

• Total compensation: € 53.000 – € 66.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.​
