Product Executive (H&N)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Product Management function covering product planning, life cycles, phase in/out and inventory management.
  • Drive product sales growth by working closely with leaders to promote and align the Company Sales Strategy
  • Work closely with Headquarters Product Department on all health & nutrition product information, including labels, stickers, packaging, white papers, training material and web information on multiple platform. All information should be well-adapted to the Singapore market requirements
  • Familiar with the regulation & application of Health Science Authority (HSA) would be an added advantage
  • Creation and management of New Product Launch Plan
  • Conduct evaluation of existing/new products against competition, inline with comprehending market development thinking
  • Work closely with the Sales Department to execute an effective full-year marketing program and campaigns to increase product brand awareness
  • Ensure the most effective promotion/ distribution
  • Conduct product training where needed to drive product sales.
  • Support all activities related to corporate events; include Annual Convention, Leadership School, Product Seminars, etc
  • Perform market research and competitive / trend analysis, monitor fit-rate and recommend strategies.
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales report to management for progressive analysis
  • Analyze trends and recommend counteractions

Requirement:

  • At least a Diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business/Marketing/Nutrition & Dietitian/Food Science
  • Passionate about health and wellness, believe in dietary supplements
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience, ideally in eCommerce or direct-selling companies
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior position based on education level and working experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, good command of oral and written in languages
  • Good presentation and communication skills, and service-oriented
  • Mature, hardworking, coachable, well-groomed, well-organized and self-initiated team player with business awareness
  • Independent, meticulous and resourceful with good organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS PowerPoint applications etc
  • Must be internet savvy
  • Off-site training and non-office hour work may be required occasionally
