Location: Beaverton, OR
Contract length: ~11 months
Schedule: Hybrid in Beaverton, OR (WFH Fridays)
Pay: $22-27.47/hr, DOE

The Planet Group is looking for a Product Information Analyst to join our well-known retail brand on a 11-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will be hybrid in Beaverton, OR, working remotely on Fridays.

Product Information Analyst Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in data management, product lifecycle management, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree, or two additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Highly proficient with data and digital tools
  • Works independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with MS Excel at an intermediate level including Vlookups, pivots, and formulas
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven
  • Passion for product information management and operational excellence
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excels at managing large datasets
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to accuracy and process improvement
  • Proactive communicator and capable of building strong relationships across teams and functions to ensure seamless product data management

Product Information Analyst Description:

  • Manage core product information throughout the line planning lifecycle, supporting the Product Management team and maintaining critical data within various systems
  • Focus on ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of product data to support key business milestones and downstream processes
  • Manage global product data for assigned Sport, ensuring alignment with the client's product creation timeline
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Development, and Merchandising, to ensure data consistency and quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and system issues in collaboration with technical teams
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in product data management
  • Support successful integration of product data into downstream systems, ensuring its readiness for various business applications
